Ingredients
* 2 cups of raw nuts and/or seeds of choice

* 1 cup shredded coconut

* 1/2 cup of chia seeds

* 1/4 cup flax meal

* 1 packed cup of pitted dates

* 1/2 tsp of sea salt

* 1/2 tsp vanilla

* 1/2 tsp cinnamon

* Coconut milk for preparation

Preparation
1. Place the nuts and/or seeds, coconut, dates, sea salt, vanilla, and cinnamon in your food processor and pulse until you have a roughly chopped mixture.

2. Place the mixture in a jar and store in the fridge.

3. Take 1 cup of the mixture, add 1 can of coconut milk, and place in a medium-size pan on your stove.

4. Bring to a boil and let simmer for 10–15 minutes, until it is thick and creamy.

5. Garnish with fruit, cinnamon and/or more coconut milk.
