* 3/4 cup Full Fat Coconut Milk

* 1/4 cup Ice

* 1 tbsp Chia Seeds (certified gluten-free}

* 1 tbsp Almond Butter

* 1/8 tsp Vanilla

* 1/2 tsp Cinnamon

* 1/8 tsp Nutmeg (optional)

* 1 scoop of 1 scoop of Dr. Turbide's Digestive Pro+ (optional)

1. Add ingredients to blender and pulse. Add Digestive Pro+ if using.

2. For layered effect set a portion of the coconut milk aside and lightly pour on top.

3. Drizzle almond butter on top (optional)

4. Steel cut oats and a few chocolate chips to garnish (optional)
