* 2 cups almond flour

* 2 Tbsp. water

* 1 Tbsp. coconut oil, melted

* 1 egg

* 3/4 tsp. salt

* Flaky sea salt to finish (optional)
1. Preheat oven to 350F.

2. Line a large baking sheet with parchment paper.

3. In a bowl whisk together the water, coconut oil, egg, and sea salt.

4. Add the almond meal and stir to thoroughly combine.

5. Roll the dough out into a lar ge rectangle 1/8” thick between 2 sheets of parchment paper.

6. Sprinkle with sea salt.

7. Gently roll the dough once more to press the salt into the dough.

8. Cut the dough into desired shapes and size.

9. Transfer the ‘chips’ to prepared baking sheet.

10. Bake for 15–17 minutes or until lightly toasted looking on top. They will crisp as they cool.

11. Allow crackers to cool on the sheet for five minutes then remove to a wire rack.

12. Store in an airtight container.
