Ingredients
* 1/2 can of pumpkin

* 1/4 cup nut/seed butter of choice

* 1 cup of full fat coconut milk

* 1 tsp. pure vanilla

* 1 tsp. cinnamon

* 1/2 tsp. ginger

* 1/4 tsp. nutmeg

* 1/4 tsp. mace (optional)

* 1 tsp. raw organic honey or sweetener of choice (optional)

* 1-2 tsp. gelatin dissolved in 1/2 cup warm water (optional)

* 1 cup of ice
Preparation
1. Place all ingr edients in your blender.

2. Blend on high until smooth and creamy.

3. Pour into glasses, gar nish with a sprinkle of cinnamon and some coconut cream.
