* 1 large spaghetti squash
* Salt and pepper to taste
* Coconut oil or olive oil to taste

Preparation
1. Preheat oven to 425F.
2. Cut in half widthways to get longer strands.
3. Remove seeds and extra strands.
4. Place cut side down on a baking sheet
5. Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until the skin gives when poked.
6. Use a fork to peel away the strings.
7. Place in a bowl and season with salt pepper and coconut or olive or alternately use as specific recipe requires.
